I have never heard of this "inactivity rule." Just a suggestion...make it more obvious for your future members please.

Inactivity is clearly laid out in our Terms of Service which you stated you read and agreed to when you signed up. Please review #7 of our TOS again to get a better idea on the activity rule.

It seems our system is having an issue again on unsuspending accounts. i will bump this to level 2 support to have another staff member resolve the issue.

It says my account is unsuspended now but I cannot log in with my ftp client.

Yes. I said I had to move this to Level Two to have another staff member correct the issue.

It seems our system is having an issue again on unsuspending accounts. i will bump this to level 2 support to have another staff member resolve the issue.

But I didn't know if it was something they got to really fast and already fixed it so then I thought maybe there was another problem why I couldn't connect with my ftp client so that's why I double checked.
