The suspension on your account has been lifted. It is a requirement that you upload an index file to your root web directory (public_html).

Thank you for the quick response,

I see on my account page that it is now in fact unsuspended. The only problem now it that I still can not view my default page (it keeps popping up the suspension page even though I'm not anymore), and I am not able to log into my cpanel account.

I'd be happy to add an index file, I just can't get into my cpanel to do so.
