Unsuspension request outstanding over 24 hours

Hi. My account was suspended 36 hours ago. I requested unsuspension over 24 hours ago. What's happening? If you can unsuspend the account, I can fix the problem with the site. However, if you unsuspend when I'm not on-line, it'll happen again. Help!
