Unsuspension Request

Can someone plz unsuspend my site.

cPanel username: clickit
Server: http://www.clickit.za.net

When I tried to look up a reason for why I was suspended at https://x10hosting.com/control this is what it said:

Your Account is Currently Suspended:
Your hosting account with the username is suspended, access to this account has been disabled. The reason for suspension is listed below.

Suspension Reason:
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.
