Unsuspension Request

Hi, my hosting account has been suspended for upload rapidleech script, I dont know that rapidleech is prohibited in x10, I just have uploaded for private use (my upload speed is very slow), I will not upload it again, can be my account unsuspended? I dont have recent backup of my blogs.

Your account is permanently suspended.We don't allow any backs ups for accounts suspended under Zero Tolerance policy.Your account will be Terminated automatically

Sorry I think you dont understand what I say, Iam asking for an unsuspension because I dont know that the script "Rapidleech" was against the rules, Iam not asking for a backup just an unsuspension, this is really serius for me I have two blogs there, please give me a solution.

As i told earlier ITS A PERMANENT SUSPENSION.You will not unsuspended and no excuses .

It is even specifically mentioned as disallowed in the Terms of Service you agreed to abide by when you signed up, are you saying you didn't read what you agreed to? Then that is surely not our fault.

The suspension is as mentioned permanent.

I just make a mistake, Iam human like all of us, dont was my intention to break the rules, i have in the hosting two blogs i bought the two domains yesterday its 364x2 days lost and my blogs, what can i do now? cry?

Please i dint now what more can i say, almost give me a backup please.

You can use your domain on any hosting ,just change the name servers.Its was just parked here.I hope its clear.

Yeah but with what website? i dont have any backup, weeks of work lost, please just have a bit of compassion ;(

You'd have to start over. We do not provide any backups of any kind to users who's account was suspended for a violation of TOS.

As per said tos keeping backups of your site is your responsibility.
