Unsuspension

My account was recently suspended, and I've been getting the Error Code 'DEADBEEF' while trying to login to the account panel. Is there any other way to unsuspend my account? This is pretty urgent, because I'm hosting a cover reveal today... But if there's nothing you can do, sorry to bother you.

How long will it take until we're able to log back in to the account management system?
