Unsuspension

I don't know what your rules are for unsuspension, but I would like to address the problem. My computer was broken and I was unable to have it fixed for a long while, and I'm very limited with my access to any other computers, so I was unable to be active on my account. Then, when I logged on a few minutes ago, it gave me the option to "request ususpension" and said this afterward:

"action status:
Finished
information:
Unsuspension of your hosting account.
result:
This action completed successfully."

which is not true, unless it's referring to the request itself having been sent.

I apologize if the procedure to getting one's account back is explained somewhere, but I haven't find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem: Your site continues to redirect to suspended page even though you are unsuspended.
