I can not unlock my account the second day. What could be the problem?

You were using too many resources. I have unsuspended you, are you using WordPress or anything else that could be using a large amount of resources?

I used a lot of resources when I installed the chat but did not manage to set it up

What plugins do you have installed?

Also, AJAX chat is not allowed and will get you permanently suspended.
