I can't open my cpanel when clicked the login to cpanel .It's not the firewall problem.And when I directly to open:
https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/,I still can't open it.the browser display:
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

The cpanel page loads just fine for me. Are you still having the issue, if so, are you 100% sure that there isn't a firewall somewhere? From the looks of the error, it looks like it can't even make a connection, and since i can load the pages, chances are the issues is somewhere between the server and your computer.

yes,I am sure that the firewall doesn't stop the server.I have the same apinion with you that it can't make a connection.Today when I clicked the cpanel ,the result was the same.Can you tell me why I can't open the site besides those reasons?

I get the first one "Index of/".Does it mean I can use my cpanel ? But still I can't login to the cpanel.how can I manage my site and diskspace ?

Today I have a try,when I open 52vip.x10.mx,it returns 'Index of'.Does it mean my domain works but only I can't login to my cpanel? I heard of that the Great fire wall will stop the server.I wanna have a server that is not blocked by the Great fire wall.Can you exchange me chopin with other server?
