Why am I getting this message when trying to connect to my cPanel?

"This Connection is Untrusted. You have asked Firefox to connect securely to stoli.x10hosting.com:2083, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Technical Details:
stoli.x10hosting.com:2083 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate expired on 4/4/2011 7:52 PM.
(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)"

Has the server been hacked?

The certificate has recently expired. You'll have to add an exception for now. Admins are aware of the issue, and are in the process of sorting it out. The server is still safe.
