Up to 45Gb bandwidth

When you visit x10hosting home page there this banner for free hosting that says up to 45Gb of bandwidth. WOW!

If you press apply however the next page that comes says 10Gb?

Do you have to apply somewhere else to get the increased bandwidth?
I already have a free account. Am I eligible for the 45Gb?

I'm not exactly sure what combination of features will give you that much bandwidth. I have the ad-enhanced double all package, which is a one time fee of around $6, and I have 40GB bandwidth with the option to double all again up to 80GB. If you go to cpanel->X10 Member Support->Double everything you can add these to your account too
