Title says it all. I can't find anything in cPanel to change them. I'll probably want to change some other things down the road, so a better question would be how to I access total DNS controls?

thanks!

Hi captech,

CNAME records must be requested through support (here) and are added manually by account managers. If you need to updated or change a CNAME record, you ask here and a support representative will escalate your thread so that an account manager may update your cname records.

So just to be clear, they are looking for me to type in my CNAME record request into the forum?

Is there a way I can send it as a private message?

You don't have to type your CNAME records into the Forums if you don't want to. Just say that you wish to change your CNAME records. Someone will then move your thread into the Support Site (Which is private/staff only) where you can then explain to a member of staff how you want your records set up.
