Update main domain on free hosting

Hello guys, i have a question for you. Firstly a want to say you hosting is amazing but one thing i cant do. I want to change my main domain from first registering 4you.pcriot.com to all4manicure.ru. I done all things i must do - domain name all4manicure is on your dns servers. How i understood reading forum i shoud to wait about 72 hours before changes apply, but no action for 5 days. Could you tell me whats wrong? Thank you for advance.

EDIT: However, it is quite unsual it is taking this long though...
