Update Site problem

Hi,
for some reason when i update my site and click sava changes on my pc
it wont update.
can you help?

What software are you using to edit your site?

Browsers usually cache pages, so be sure to clear your browser cache when updating your site to make sure it fetches a new version.

Do you have a URL where you do not see the changes?

Can you describe the changes that are not appearing?

i was trying to update index.php because i put two http:// in one line i took one out clicked update and it didnt update no errors came up either.
heres some urls

and every other file i have wont update when i make changes to it
