Update the Files

I have changed some files in the public_html folder , but it doesnt reflect on the website, I have tried refreshing many times. How do I update the public_html folder ? Can some pne please help me with this.

If you click up to another directory on the side panel, when you go back to public-html, the file list should be refreshed. F5 will not update it.

Go up a folder and then back and then it shows the new contents .... cpanel is like that .... refresh don't work usually, reentering the folder makes it relist the contents.
