Updating Web-site to include Social Network, chat, forum

We are completely updating our Web-site www.giah.org.mx to include a Social Network, chat, forum. An e-book library, Counter and MEMBER LOGIN, and an area for members to post projects and seek help from "experts" and others. There will be a photo gallery to each page with "members" comments, and an area for posting youtube videos.

This site will use affiliate accounts, advertising, and donations to raise funds for projects. G.I.A.H. Internacional is an NGO based in Mexico.

This site is being designed and built by a third party.

We have been happy with our free x10 hosting but we do realize that for this update we will need to move to paid hosting.

We wish to continue with x10 and we would like this move to be as simple and painless as possible.

What would be our most economical paid hosting plan to host a site such as this?
