Upgrade Disk Space

I read in a other forum to make a new post here to request more disk space if needed. i have some videos of my Son i'd like to put on my site for family to see, and need app. 3GB if possible at least for username Motesx12 not Motesx10, Motesx10 is a old account of mine that I upgraded to premium and couldnt go back to free. staff told me to just make a new one.

Unfortunately, while the space upgrade itself may be possible, it isn't going to help. You are only allowed 1GB total for media (images, vids, etc.), and files larger than 10MB are automatically deleted (they're allowed a lifetime of 4 hours so that you can upload and download backups and installer archives and that sort of thing).
