Upgrade free hosting account

I am thinking about upgrading my free hosting account due to the amount of resources that I need. I want to try out the "Illuminated" hosting before I make the switch to premium. When I click on the upgrade click I am taken to "https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade" but, it's just a blank page.. I don't know what's going on.

x10hosting is currently changing - updating for weeks now - their program (plans and software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT pay to upgrade your free-hostimg account or pay to renew your current upgrade until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
