Upgrade Hosting

I have a free hosting site and I want to upgrade it to a premium site. I don't want to move my DB and the php files to a new site ... can use the same site and pay for it? How can I do that?

Buy the premium account first, then create a support ticket in the paid client account a request to manually move your free site to the paid.
