Ok so I've got nine dollars in my paypal account from my dad to get hosted. I was looking at your offers and I wanted to know if I could get more info.

Prime Membership -- 5 dollars
I don't understand this at all.

Illuminated -- $1/month but it only gives option for 60 dollar payment
Could I pay 9 dollars for 9months or do I have to pay 60 dollars? Does this come with a free domain name?

Premium Membership -- $3.95/month
Do I get a free domain name with this?

Prime is an upgrade to free hosting. It offers doubled limits, but is still run on free hosting servers.

Quick note, the $3.95 plan states this:

$3.95/mo
Sign for 3 years

Total cost in cart is $142.20 because you sign for all 3 years at once. For the $4.95 and $5.95 it's 2 and 1 year respectively; the only one that $9 can buy would be the $6.95 which is month-to-month.
