Upgrade not activated. Why? HELP!

How to enable this stuff?

In panel.php

Clicking accounts upgrade shows:
This feature is not currently activated on your account.


Clicking upgrade PHP shows:
This feature is not currently activated on your account. All accounts are set to x10Hosting's PHP v2.
If you are not sure what that means, don't worry about it.

Another thing,
if I let an ad banner at bottom then what's the procedure of getting an advanced account and its benefits.

Any Help will be highly appreciated.

"Advanced" allows you more bandwidth. Once you've added the advert code to your site you would need to let Support know. They would then check it before upgrading you.
