Hello X10hosting gurus.
First of all, thank you so much for offering the free hosting. I look forward to using it.
I've read through a bunch of forum posts but didn't see an exact answer to my questions nor a sticky on these three, so please forgive if this is yet another repetitious question for you all.
1. Do I need to be upgraded to INTERMEDIATE PHP in order to get Fantastico to appear? Or are these not dependent on each other and Fantastico is just temporarily down for the week?
2. If so, do you believe it'll only be a few more days or is Fantastico expected to be down for several weeks or more. Sorry again to ask if this is a common question.
3. The login on my ad-free account that was just created seems to fail auth login. Username: example
I can be patient though, so if this just takes a few days to clear, that's cool. I'll wait. But if it's an actual problem, I thought I should let you know just in case it is affecting others. I've seen a few other posts about it today.
