Upgrade PHP Version

Ok so i have been having touble with the current level that im set at.

I need the next level or whatever level that will allow me to use the mail() function and it would also be helpful to have exec and unpack, but until then i need atlest enough to get the mail function how can i request this as upgrade php version is not activated on my account.

I need this done ASAP

The PHP version system is not working currently. I have been told that as soon as the transfers are done, mail() will be enabled.

mail () function is working correctly i am using mail function in contact form. And it is working correctly

I'm now on stoli was on lotus but seem to have more issues with logging into the backend of my site errors all over the place. Looks like this transfer will be a nightmare like the last one
