You have a ticket system with dedicated staff and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. There is no phoneline or chat. For something like phone or chat, you'd usually have to buy managed hosting, which x10 doesn't offer. Managed hosting is quite a bit more expensive, though.
The nice thing about paid is that most of the people on this forum have used cPanel and the forum has a large database of cPanel related questions, so 99% of what you need can be answered here in the forum regardless of paid or free hosting. The ticket system will get you a more accurate result, but it does take up to several hours depending on what's going on. I've actually never submitted a ticket for x10premium; only for x10vps, but they use the same system.
