Hi there, I am thinking about upgrading to premium, but have a few questions first. my url is http://edwardtraversa.x10hosting.com/ and I also want to purchase a new domain name, but do not want to lose the regular visitors to http://edwardtraversa.x10hosting.com/ is there any way this can be pointed to the new domain? Also I would need all the content shifted over to the premium server would any of this be problematic and what is the best way to approach it?
Thanks

I'm not sure on the first part (staff would probably have a better answer so I'll leave the ticket open for other repliers), the second one is easy though. After getting premium, open a ticket at the paid clients area with your free hosting username (and server if you want, although not required it's nice :) ); staff will copy the contents over in their entirety, including the database.

As far as configurations go, some tweaking -may- need to be done if you change the domain, but as far as mysqlhost, usernames, passwords, etc, all that stays the same despite it being a totally different server.

Hello, after you purchased your premium account, you open up a ticket in the premium account section with your current free cPanel name and server and they will transfer your existing free account to premium without a hassle. Also, you can set your current subdomain to point to your new domain name by adding a http redirect from the cPanel.
