If you are talking about the version of PHP, there are no versions or levels existing for about 2 years now. All account in all servers run on the same version, and it's impossible to change individually, so it never is upon request.
As for wordpress, either use Softaculous in your cPanel, or upload the .zip file and follow the instruction provided to you from the official site for wordpress.
