Upgrade was not done

I asked today for an upgrade to unmetered plan adfree-infinity but it was not changed. I was told that my account was added on the queue for change but it never worked out. Please upgrade me to the unmetered plan

The backend for cossacks seems to be down which is why the upgrade I added to the queue didn't work previously.
I've added an upgrade for your account back to the queue but it probably won't go through.
