EDIT - I still receive a blank (white) screen at --> [ https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade ]

x10hosting is currently changing (updating) their program (software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT upgrade your account until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
