Upgraded account but it's showing up and my web site has disapeared.

I paid for upgrades but there seem to no notices or instructions emailed to me.

Where is customer service for upgraded hosting accounts?

I believe I located the account inside the premium hosting system; there's an active ticket opened on your account related to your free account's migration to the premium system. You should be able to access it through the clients panel through the link below (copied direct from the top of the x10premium.com website). I'd also suggest checking the spam folder on your gmail account, as the instructions/ticket updates may have been sent there.
