Upgraded classic Free service to Starter, 30 day inactivity removed or not?

hi,
After upgrading classic FREE in starter.
How do you know if you have removed the 30 day inactivity?
x10Hosting Terms of Service .6 inactivity (Login to the account portal at least once every 30 days).

After several requests by email (support@x10hosting.com) and on the forum, no response, why?

After you have upgraded Free to Starter, you must request removal of the sign in requirement.

I have updated the service to not require the 30 day login. however, this is only valid while on the yearly starter plan!
