Upgraded to Illuminate

Dear staff i just made my payment to upgrade my hosting plan from Prime to Illuminate,how long will it take to transfer this?

Okay that was fast,it seems to be working now so no worries here.

I was wrong here my Cpanel was moved but not my site...and after 2 support tickets several pm's to staff member without response and almost 2 days waiting i am still on the same hosting plan like before....I payed but no upgrade and no support whatsoever especially for paying members i am very disappointed.
