Upgraded to prime but no acess to prime forum

I have upgraded almost 9 days before and i don't have access to prime forum nor my account is upgraded, every thing is same as free membership.

The prime access to forum seems to be a common problem and has been reported to the admins, as for your account not being upgrading, have you opened a support ticket?
