Upgraded to prime but not upgraded

please help, me I have upgraded my account to prime almost 10 days before but still my account is not upgraded, and their is continious suspension ( resource limit ) for more than 8 days.. no respond from tickets, no one is helping, already posted more than 6 to 7 time on this forum, please help me..

I know there have been a significant amount of tickets coming in and the staff have been pretty busy with some free hosting upgrades, so it could be possible that is why Prime has not exactly kicked in yet. Give it some time. The staff do monitor these forums so they should come across this post.

I'm in the same boat mate. Bought prime but I just figured they had enough on their hands atm then to worry about granting me prime on the forums lol

If you are not upgraded on the forums or your account and you purchased prime, please post your paypal transaction id in the ticket, this will assist us in verifying the purchase on our end and getting your account upgraded.
