Upgrading currently free hosting account

I have been having tons of issues lately and want more stability, so I have been looking into upgrading my account to a premium so issues like this aren't as harsh (being priority). But since the site changed it's look it's not as easy as being in your account panel and clicking on the link to upgrade, so how do I do it?

I tried ordering it separately, but wasn't sure if it would try and create a new account or upgrade my current one (didn't complete the order process).

To order a Paid Hosting plan go here: https://clients.x10hosting.com/cart.php
Then open a support ticket and request that your files be transfered to your new account.
