Hello,

Sorry, but my problem "Upgrading Moodle with Softaculous" in not resolved. The script stops at 7% :

" The following errors were found :
  • Required MYSQL version greater than equal to 10.2.29 AND found version is : 10.1.46 "

Thank you.

you may need to try staying with an earlier version of moodle for a while.
at least one that works with the mysql 10.1.46 version.

changing the mysql is more complicated and effects everyone thats
on the same shared server as you, like x11, x12 etc,
it is not a per account fix that can be done at anytime.
they may change it in the near future though.

Since it's a minor revision update, the entire MariaDB server (the variant of MySQL being used here) has to be backed up and upgraded, which can seriously impact users for hours as the maintenance is being performed. All of this has to be scheduled and approved by the head admin of x10. There are 5 servers right now and all of them should be kept the same, so the process has to be done 5 times; it could be several days of issues across the service for a large maintenance such as this. I closed the last thread because the head admin is aware of your request, but there is no ETA or deadline for it to be fulfilled.

Moodle has security updates for versions that are working on MariaDB 10.1.X here https://download.moodle.org/releases/security/
These versions aren't bleeding edge, but they are still receiving bug fixes and security updates, so they are up-to-date
