Hello, before i upgrade to premium im going to select the monthly plan for now to test it out and to make sure i don't keep having all these FTP disk full issues, sending/receiving emails via PHP, downtimes and the most important of all is the support. If i keep having issues and i decide not to keep premium (which i'm hoping i wont!) will i get my prime account back with the exact specs? like sql database amounts and parking domains etc etc

i took screen caps & screen cap video of cpanel specs to show if needed.

IMO do not move - but copy your 'Prime' account to your new 'Premium' account and keep your 'Prime' account
That is what I did

thats what i was thinking because i have no problem changing over all the databases and such.. it's just a bit of extra work.

Just create a new premium account and have them copy your prime account over, but tell them to leave the free hosting account intact. I think that as long as your prime is still valid, an administrator should be able to set your plan if you decide to move back.
