Upgrading to x10premium?

It seems slow. When I post a new reply in a thread it won't display unless I re-enter that thread and refresh the page.

Someone on another forum said it's a cache system. I don't want to refresh pages (an extra time) for changes to show. Would x10premium solve this issue?
