You would have to split the file into parts in order for it to be uploaded. Just be aware, do not upload anything that could violate the terms of service. If you're going to be using the Hosting Account for File Hosting or are going to upload something potentially copyrighted (such as music videos), I would not upload it. Losing the account is not worth the effort.

once i have split them how do i put them back together when they have been uploaded?

What are you trying to upload? Video, audio?

Hrrrmph. It's difficult. You'd most likely have to play them separately, or just compress the video until it fits into 64MB. What's the URL to one of the parts?

ohh i thought you could extract the files when they have been uploaded to make one file?
