upload file size issue

Hello,

I'm new to X10 free hosting and trying to set up a WP site I can't install Elementor plugin as the file exceeds the limit set in php.ini and I can't up upload it manually either via the control panel and File Manager.

Anyone know how to get this limit changed or how to do it please?

for free accounts the file size limits is 10 mb per file when uploading files using ftp or file manager.
files larger than 10 mb will get deleted automatically.
php file uploads are usually limited to 2 mb unless changed in your php settings.

via your direct admin panel visit Extra Features > Select PHP versions > Options tab. Here you will see a setting to change the limits
