Upload file size limit 64MB ???

Hi !
I'm trying to upload a 500MB file on the server, but I get "Maximum File Size allowed for upload 64 MB"

What it is ? Please reply its very urgent !

I checked the disk space usage and it shows
public_html 1147.11 Meg
tmp 1043.65 Meg
Should I delete the temp folder's content to free some space ? Will it affect anything ?

I have deleted some content, now its showing 900 Meg
But when I tries to upload anything it still says "Max upload size 64 MB"

have you tried compressing the file or uploading it in chunks? The max upload size setting is server wide and will not be increased on an individual basis.

Its always been: 00
I uploaded 2 files of 200 and 312 MB yesterday...

Back in the old days it used to show the remaining disk space, which is now unmitered !
And Im not consuming extra ordinarily disk space.... am I ?
