Upload limit increase on free account?

Hi, I am trying to install a new Wordpress theme that I purchased for my personal website, but the zipped file for it exceeds the upload limit. I am not needing more space, I simply need to be able to upload a larger file a few times in order to upload my new theme. A 10mb limit would be sufficient if that is possible.

Use the DA control panel, the "Select PHP version" manager has a way to increase the upload_max_filesize. It's under "option" at the top.
