If you want the fastest and safest way, try FTP, but you'll need an FTP client. I would recommend FileZilla. For the information you will need, here it is
Host : absolut.x10hosting.com
Port : 21
User : ysrimal
Password : Your_cPanel_Password
Make sure you upload your website in the public_html folder.
