Upload photos- Page not found

I can't upload any photos on my site. I try everything. I deactivated my plugins and insert scripts in function.php or htaccess, reinstall WordPress and I don't know what more... After I try upload a new image, appear this ...
Please help

try accessing your website from pc/computer not a cell phone.

if you only access by mobile there is a higher chance you may get
your ip banned or use one that is banned if your not on a fixed IP.
(depending on your isp service) (just a thought)

Anyone can help, I tried everything, I even deleted my site and db and reinstalled with softaculous, and ftp and I don't know what to do. Now I have a new WordPress site with no content. My domain is glamorousskin.ro.
Please any advice.

you should NOT be trying to manage a website from a phone.
ive just never heard of that, its bad for so many reasons.

there has been posts about issues installing apps from the
Cpanel and softaculous since x10 hosting updated the cpanel.
its been recommended to download scripts like wordpress from another source then install that on your website instead.

also keep in mind if you upload by php you have file size limits.
usually 2MB per file unless you have support help you change that.
also, x10hosting does not allow you to "store" unused files.
they will automatically be deleted if you try to add them.

You would be better off if you had a mac, a computer/pc
as you could manage more options and keep backups of
your website where that would seem hard to do on a phone.

also, support is limited on the free forums. it is mostly just
regular users like myself that try to help out if we can.
so sometimes there might be a few people around,
other times no one is around, or no one that help.
so dont expect someone to reply every time you post.
