Upload Size Limit

Hi,
My Wordpress blog is on the X05 server and has an upload size limit of 2mb, which is strange, as my old site on the X04 server had a 16mb limit. Can you please help?

They have sorted out the other servers previously but as xo5 (not X05) is new, the change was never done for that server for some reason.
