upload_max_filesize & post_max_size

Can someone please change my upload_max_filesize & post_max_size to 2000MB.
So it's upload_max_filesize = 2000M & post_max_size = 2000M.

Not going to happen. Not only is the setting server-wide, there is no need to upload anything that's 2GB in size.

Don't mean to but in, but you could upload the file to a third party website like file locker and give them a link to download and once they download it, than remove the file from the file locker.

As a side note, the type of site you're currently looking to run would be considered a file/video hosting site, and be against the Terms of Service. While I won't suspend it now, you'll very quickly hit the limits of the limited account, and wouldn't qualify for an upgrade to Unmetered.
