Uploaded all my html/css files and images to the file manager but CSS wont display???

I uploaded all the files html files, images and the css file into the public_html file but the CSS for the page isn't displaying. All the images are there, but the format and everything is all off.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please could you provide a link to the page having issues? Your main domain appears to be loading fine.

Perhaps it just took several minutes after uploading the css file for it to take effect? Not sure, but its working perfectly now.
