ftp credentials are the same as your cpanel name and pwd
ftp host is ftp://ftp.subdomain.x10hosting.com

First of all your teja562.co.cc is not registered , You need to register in www.co.cc site. and change the domain name servers to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

nameservers propagation may take 24 to 48 hours.


File Upload

If you want to upload two or three files then login to cpanel and select filemanager then navigate to required folder , Generally it will be under public_html folder.then click upload from the above menu bar.



If you want to upload large number of files then use FTP client. like filezilla

servername is teja562.co.cc

username is yourcpanel username

password your cpanel password.

Navigate to public_html and upload the files.

if you're using windows i agree with vishal2 that filzilla is the best choice... if you're using a *nix operating system you still have that option although i prefer the command line ncftp tools or maybe mc, if you want a full gui i would use gnome-commander on a linux environment because its so versital including sftp,ftp,cifs,webdav etc...

If you're on a Mac, the best FTP client I've found is Cyberduck (www.cyberduck.ch)

FTP clients for all major OSes have been suggested now, so just use whichever one fits your OS. :biggthump
