Yesterday I uploaded some updated files and when I did something wiped out all the content and the files became 0kb. I have tried deleting the file and uploading again, but, the same thing happens, 0kb. I have used X10's file manager and Filezilla. Neither one works. Any help or ideas?

Thank you,

From our Terms of Service: "Hosting accounts may not be used to store backups, personal files, or non-web accessible files. Any files hosted on the account must be directly related to the website the account is intended for. Files over 10MB in size will be automatically removed from non-upgraded accounts."

You can upload files larger than 10MB temporarily (e.g. a .zip file of your website), but such files will be automatically deleted after a short period of time.

I am confused about your response. Every file that I upload is a web accessible file, no personal files and no backups. Plus, all the files I upload are much smaller than 10mb. If my question is unclear, please let me know and I will try to explain it differently. Thank you.

The 10MB limit is the only thing we have that will automatically delete files on your account; if files are disappearing from your account and are smaller than that size, it is nothing on our end that is doing it.
