my site has been created but i can't find how to uplaod my site files.

You can upload files via FIle Manager in the cPanel or by using an FTP client.

proplem is i have an ad freee account and it didnt require cpanel so i dont have it.

all acounts have cpanel it is ur url www.you.x10hosting.com:2082

then login

You will have to login to the cPanel using this link http://betchlayouts.x10hosting.com:2082/ and you will find the File Manager in the cPanel.
