Uploading phpBB on server

Hello, I am trying to upload phpBB forum software, and I am using FileZilla, everytime I try to connect to the server, it comes up "connection failed".

Command: USER [my account username]
Response: 331 User [my account username] OK. Password required
Command: PASS **************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

what am I doing wrong here?

What server address are you trying to connect to? And for your username and password, make sure that it's your cPanel username and password.

This is what address it says "69.175.104.34:22".

Im a noob at all of this, but I'm trying to figure it all out.

At the top where it says Host, Username, Password, and Port.

Host: chopin.x10hosting.com
Username: cPanel username
Password: cPanel password
Port: 21
